Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and comfy with great views of the Blue Mosque and the Bosphorus, were a bit small but cozy. Unfortunately, locating the switch to charge my phone was a bit of a challenge. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mehmet, the hotel manager. However, the lack of clear explanations for certain policies was a downside. The location was superb, offering views of the harbor and the famous landmarks like the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace. Dining was a hit and miss, with a lovely rooftop view but room for improvement in the overall experience.
